December Protests

Animal Cruelty in Clairemont!

Protest at the
Puppy Star's store
6167 Balboa Ave.
Saturdays -- December 3, 10 and 17
Noon to 2 PM

December is the busiest time of year for all puppy stores. They count on selling lots of puppies as impulse buys for gifts. Many say that they make up to 50% of their entire income for the year during the month of December.
Dogs are farmed as livestock at unlicensed kennels as well as under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Agriculture. The greedy corporations and businesses maximize profits by subjecting the breeding dogs -- the mothers and fathers of the puppies you see in the pet stores like this one -- to cruelty and suffering. It's a dirty little secret that the breeders, brokers and pet store owners don't want you to know. Their kennels are full of prisoners of greed.

The owners of this chain of puppy stores -- Puppy Star's, Naedeen's Puppies, Pet Place -- are trying to intimidate and silence us. Our protests are legal and protected by our First Amendment rights and the California Supreme Court rulings. We are NOT going away. Join us to tell Puppy Star's :
Stop Selling Puppies!!!
